Natasha qualified from the University College of Osteopathy with an integrated Master’s degree in 2016. She is also a qualified medical acupuncturist, level 3 sports massage therapist, LTA Level 3 accredited tennis coach and qualified to use shockwave therapy. Natasha was a professional tennis player before undergoing a career in Osteopathy and massage therapy.

She had a senior WTA world ranking of 390 and was top 8 in Great Britain. She competed in tennis tournaments around the world including Wimbledon and represented Great Britain.

Natasha offers her clients an emphatic approach through both treatment and recovery. Using a holistic approach during her clinical assessment, Natasha finds the cause of your pain, and will tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs.

Jack Peeling MOst

Jack undertakes a structural approach to his work, meaning treatments often consist of  “hands-on” techniques such as, soft tissue, articulation, manipulation as well as dry needling (medical acupuncture). He has a keen interest in rehabilitation and as a result qualified as an FRC Mobility Specialist through the industry recognised Functional Anatomy Seminar system.

He encourages patients to aid their own recovery by providing the knowledge and tools they need, such as appropriate exercises to do at home or at the gym that fit in with the patient’s lifestyle.

Jack has experience treating people of all ages with varying conditions. He has a keen interest in working with sports and exercise injuries, as he has previously played basketball at a national level, so can personally relate to some of the common injuries that can occur.

Tom Pask

Tom has been involved in the Fitness industry for over 11 years, and has a primary background in Anatomy and Physiology, with a passion for Strength & conditioning, Sports specific training and corrective exercise. His interest in corrective exercise and mobility training lead me to complete qualifications in Sports Therapy & Swedish Massage.

Tom is also a qualified Nutritional Coach and enjoys working with clients to make this wide and intricate topic more understandable and accessible. Tom finds the Nutritional aspect of Health and Fitness fascinating, even though it covers a multitude of topics, and is very nuanced, in its application to one client versus another. From calculating recommended calorie consumption, to sourcing the right food groups to fuel your body, to assisting in the psychological and behavioural aspects of your diet, to working with specific populations such as women experiencing menopause or PCOS, elderly clients, diabetics, and those living with food allergies or intolerances.- Tom looks forward to being able to help you with your Nutrition in these ways.

Farid Benmoussa

Farid’s background incorporates a mix of gymnastics, alternative sports, and freestyle movements, mainly concentrating on flexibility, proprioception techniques, total body control and conditioning. Farid’s treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

Farid has always been fascinated by the power and potential that the human body has. He uses a combination of massage, stretching, and prescribing rehabilitation exercises for you to do at home or in the gym.

Emily Greenland

Emily qualified this year with a degree-level Licentiate in Classical Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa - a course fully accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board and she is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council. Her training included traditional acupuncture theory, clinical skills, conventional medical sciences and research.She was individually mentored and supervised by Sarah Matheson for six months during the clinical year of her studies, who is a working board member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians.
